5) you have the right to demand from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion, transfer or restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to the processing in so far as the processing was or is based on your consent, as well as the right to object to the processing,

6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,

7) the provision of personal data is voluntary, however, the refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to conclude a contract.
